Under the condition of fierce competition, marketing is the necessary requirement of improving the market, which has to be combined with the marketing strategy. Marketing is the foundation of a company's surviving and development, while the marketing system has to been built in a modern company, which could make practical marketing plan and strategy according to the analysis of the target market. The key for a company to seize the market, step up competitiveness and improve economic effectiveness is a well-built marketing system. Therefore, the corporation need to lay emphasis on marketing.This article was based on marketing theory, combined with practical marketing experience, focused on analyze Earth new material share co. Ltd(Earth Ltd), combined with its marketing environment and system, indicated the strength and weakness of their marketing system, offered the suitable marketing strategy and relevant supporting measures, which is meaningful to improve the competitive power and could be used for reference to other corporation in the same industry.Within here we introduced the external and industry environment, five competitive forces was used to make a detailed research and analysis,point out the trend of development and importance of cost and technology during the development. The self-analysis of marketing pattern and ability were also included.The SWOT analysis(S-strengths, W-weaknesses,O-opportunities, T-threats) of Earth Ltd was uses to segmenting and targeting.Through the research of industry competition and the market, the practical related marketing strategies were laid down and put into effect, within which the 4C was main strategy and 4P was supported strategy. Meanwhile to guarantee the smoothly implementation, we offered the measures of reducing the cost of material, strengthening technical innovation and R&D.
