Household output, which acts as an important innovation and change of the rural land property system in China, has significantly stimulated the farmers'enthusiasm for agricultural production and also caused remarkable enhancement of the Chinese agriculture since reform and open for more than 30 years. It has solved the food and clothing problem but hasn't made Chinese farmers become rich. With the intensify of the socialist market economy and the impact of foreign agriculture after entering the WTO, the property rights arrangements under this system hindered the development of the rural productivity to some extent, and obviously slowed down the household income growth. Furthermore, the household income structure and the operation mode have changed obviously with the further advance of the household responsibility system. But the solution of three-dimensional rural issues is fundamentally based on the choice of land system, therefore, it has practical significance to objectively analyze and estimate the land system and the operation mode during different historic stages since the establishment of the People's Republic of China. In this work, the efforts focus on the rural land property arrangement, farmers'management behavior and performance, and the agricultural investment under different land systems, especially on the relationship between the farmers'income state and the agent of production devotion, characteristic of the farmers'management behavior, and the relationship between local land system and farmers'management. It has also pointed out that, in the transformation stage from traditional agricultural production mode to modern mode and on the condition of stabilizing the rural collective ownership, gradually improving the land contract system still is the systematical choice of countryside land in our country in the future, and under which the agricultural industrialization whose vane is the market economy is the practical approach to solve the three-dimensional rural issues.
