Study On The Behavior And Willingness Of Farmers'land Transfer In Yi County, Jinzhou

Since the 1980 s,China's rural household land contract responsibility system has been implemented,and the rural land use right circulation market has begun to develop and develop,especially from the end of the 1990 s to the recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the rural land circulation has further accelerated the trend.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major strategic plan to implement rural revitalization,proposing to promote the "three changes" reform in rural areas,with resources changing into assets,funds changing into shares,and farmers changing into shareholders as the main contents,land circulation is an important way to promote the reform of "three changes" in rural areas.Jinzhou Yi County is located in the northwest of Liaoning Province,the geographical remoteness has caused the ability to accept new things is weak,the level of economic development is low,now although there is a certain scale of land transfer,but compared with other places,the overall turnover rate is still low.Therefore,to promote the land transfer of farmers in Yi County Jinzhou is an important way to promote the "three changes" reform,to implement rural revitalization and to raise farmers' income.Farmers' land transfer behavior is not only controlled by external factors,but also influenced by farmers' willingness to transfer.Based on this background,this paper chooses the main behavior subject ——The rural land transfer behavior and willingness are divided into three aspects: behavior attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavior control and so on.Based on the data of 217 rural households in Yi County,Jinzhou,and the survey data,this paper uses Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of rural households' land transfer behavior and willingness,and further analyze the difference between farmers' willingness and behavior of land transfer and the reasons.The conclusions are as follows: The willingness and behavior of farmers in land transfer are positively correlated;in behavior and attitude,the problem of providing for the aged after land transfer has a significant impact on the willingness of land transfer,after the land circulation,the increase of income has a significant impact on the land circulation behavior;in the aspect of subjective regulation,the neighborhood land circulation behavior has a significant impact on the land circulation behavior and the will;The perfect social security system has a significant impact on the willingness of land transfer,the ability to find other jobs after land transfer and the sound land transfer market have a significant impact on the behavior of land transfer.According to the difference of farmers' willingness and behavior of land transfer,this paper puts forward the principles to be followed in land transfer in Yi County of Jinzhou and the countermeasures to accelerate the land transfer of farmers in Yi County of Jinzhou,we will further increase the rate of rural land transfer in Jinzhou,standardize the market for rural land transfer,and promote the scientific and modern development of agriculture.
