Research On Comprehensive Management Mode Of Financing Franchise Project Based On The Viewpoint Of Game Theory

The application of financing franchise project has become a trend in the whole world. As Beijing Olympic competition venue-the National Stadium was operated in financing franchise mode in August 2003, signs of the second application climax of it have shown in our country. In order to derive its promotion to the infrastructure and public utilities development, lots of scholars have done deep research in this type of projects, in which, however, research based on"Project"level has never been paid attention to. The current financing franchise project management mode needs improvement.This paper discusses the ideal situation of the implementation of financing franchise project, in which participators of the project can pursuit their own interests maximization through cooperative games. In this way, overall interest maximization of the project can be realized. With the limitation analysis of the current management mode, it also demonstrates that the prevailing non-cooperative games in the financing franchise project. It proves the fact that there aren't internal or external conditions to fully realize cooperative games, which brings speculative opportunities. So it is much easier to increase the self-interest through non-cooperative games, in which participators act dishonestly and uncooperatively and damage others'interests. On this basis, the paper builds the comprehensive management mode including regulation mechanism, auxiliary mechanism and communication mechanism, striving to inhibit non-cooperative games among participators fully, and encourage participators to maximize both their own interest and the overall interests of the project though cooperative games. Finally, the paper gives an objective evaluation to the comprehensive management mode, pointing out that the substance of it is regulation, management and prevention. The most ideal solution is to create macroeconomic environment of partnership, promoting cooperative games among all the participants. Proceeding from this, the paper gives a prospect of financing franchise project management mode, expecting this ideal can be realized with the application of virtual organization.
