Private Enterprises have played an important role in the development of our national economy. But the ephemerality of them has become the stumbling block that hampers private enterprises'further development and function exertive. The reason is as follow:the high rate of employee turnover. Therefore, how to reduce the turnover rate of private enterprise employee and keep the enterprises sustainable development have become an urgent problem to be solved for the managers of private enterprises.This thesis uses the psychological contract of private enterprise employee as the independent variable and uses the turnover intention which could predict turnover behavior best as the dependent variable, and then discusses the relationship between them.The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. There were 97 useful questionnaire papers returned. And then analyzed the data with software SPSS 13.0. Some conclusions are drawn as follows:The differences between individual attribute variables of private enterprise employee have remarkable effects on employees'turnover intention and some component factors of their psychological contracts.Within the psychological contract of private enterprise employee, the performance of each component factor of the responsibility of enterprises has significant correlation with the performance of some component factors of the employees'responsibility. And the performance of the enterprise's responsibility has significantly predicted effect on the performance of employees'responsibility. Among them, the combination of "promoting employee development, providing good interpersonal relationship, helping employee complete work and providing reasonable salary and welfare" can explain 43.5% of the variation.The performance of some component factors of private enterprise employees' psychological contract has significant correlation with the employees'turnover intention. And the performance of some component factors of private enterprise employees'psychological contract has significantly predicted effect on the employees'turnover intention. Among them, the combination of "promoting employee development, providing reasonable salary and welfare, employee's devotion to the job and the company development" can explain 44.9% of the variation.According to these results, this thesis is covered with the following suggestions:Set up scientific procedure for interview and training, and guide the employee to establish psychological contracts which have the same content and understanding with the company's contracts.Strengthen talent development and set up a perfect career development path for the employee.Perfect company's salary and welfare system, set up effective performance evaluation and excitation mechanism.Strengthen enterprise culture building, consolidate employees'psychological contracts.The suggestions to the following researches:expanding the range of investigation and analyzing with more variables.
