In this paper, the system requirements analysis,system design, database design, detailed design and the general description of the system implementation are completed. Describes the detailed design of the system's main functions and major research paper of two major functional blocks.System design focus on the completion of two modules of business process diagrams and the system's hardware connection diagram.Database design is completed the database on the system needs analysis, conceptual design, and detailed design.Detailed design is completed for each sub-module design.
