Since reform and opening-up policy, the economy of China continuance rapid growth, followed by a continuous growth of domestic enterprises and the growing demand for talent. But now China's traditional talent training is still concentrated in universities, because universities and enterprises in information asymmetry makes the university of talent supply and business demand for talent is not always consistent, talent training and universities alone can not meet the enterprise's growing needs. Moreover, with the development of enterprises, the requirements for the qualified of talent is also rising, further education of employees is also necessary, which prompted many enterprises began to build a Corporate University. Universities have a wealth of teaching resources, if we can combine these resources and enterprise's experiences to solve the problems of asymmetric information, we can better cultivate the talents needed. Therefore, compared to other models of cooperation, co-founder of Corporate University is a viable selection for Chinese enterprises.This article related to economics and management theories, comprehensive use of game analysis and other analysis methods, use theoretical and game analysis the Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation, and constructs the patterns of Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation. This paper describes the Corporate University's concept, content, features, founder of significance and present patterns of construction, then through game analysis we find under the Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation, it's achieve better talent and promote the development of universities, universities and enterprises can achieve the win, improving the competitiveness of the two. Finally, this paper analysis the process of Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation, and constructs the patterns of Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation.The major research of this paper is how to start a Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation, the conclusions are: the Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation are the best choice for each of them. Enterprises and universities will choose the shareholding cooperative system finally, because in comparison to the contract system, the shareholding cooperative system is more beneficial for enterprises and universities. The main innovations of this paper: (1) Point the view of university-enterprise cooperation from the Corporate University. This article research the Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation based on the author's academic background, to explore ways to fully utilize the resources of both universities to establish companies to achieve win-win situation, which was previously involved in a few areas of academics. (2) This study university-enterprise cooperation in the corporate university model the process of introduced game theory commonly used in economics, from the perspective of universities and enterprises cooperation between universities and enterprises the possibility to start a Corporate University, should also be a major innovation of this paper.
