Research On Patterns Selection And Construction Of Corporate University Founded By University-enterprise Cooperation

Since reform and opening-up policy, the economy of China continuance rapid growth, followed by a continuous growth of domestic enterprises and the growing demand for talent. But now China's traditional talent training is still concentrated in universities, because universities and enterprises in information asymmetry makes the university of talent supply and business demand for talent is not always consistent, talent training and universities alone can not meet the enterprise's growing needs. Moreover, with the development of enterprises, the requirements for the qualified of talent is also rising, further education of employees is also necessary, which prompted many enterprises began to build a Corporate University. Universities have a wealth of teaching resources, if we can combine these resources and enterprise's experiences to solve the problems of asymmetric information, we can better cultivate the talents needed. Therefore, compared to other models of cooperation, co-founder of Corporate University is a viable selection for Chinese enterprises.This article related to economics and management theories, comprehensive use of game analysis and other analysis methods, use theoretical and game analysis the Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation, and constructs the patterns of Corporate University founded by university-enterprise cooperation.
