The Research mainly includes two parts: the theory part is mainly about the reason and principle of IUR cooperation, mode selection between the cooperators, interest distribution, building together the researching and developing entity, trusting agent relation etc; The application takes the cooperation between Dong Feng auto corporation and Wuhan University of technology as an example, has analyzed the application of theory the IUR cooperation. The analysis of these theories and real examples has enriched relevant theories of the IUR cooperation and offers the theoretical foundation for the IUR cooperation. Particularly, the thesis mainly includes:Section Ⅰ is the introduction. It states the background, purpose as well as the significance of the study on the IUR cooperation, and then calls up the research conditions of the IUR cooperation at home and abroad, sums up the defects of these researches. It is thought the IUR cooperation is actually a process which the tripartite game with each other. The game in this process includes zero-game, positive game, and negative-game. Only if the tripartite establish the relationship of cooperation and inter-coordination lastly, it will realize and make the tripartite get positive YLD from cooperation body.
