The Game Analysis Of Industry-University-Research Technical Cooperation Modes

With China's accession to the WTO and the Knowledge-based Economy's arrival, the internationalization of economy, technology and education all grow speedily. Meanwhile, the integration of science, technology and economy has become the mainstream in this era. But in China, the limited R&D resources tend to be wrong configured under the inefficient collaborating innovation mechanism, which exists in cooperation among industry, university and institute(abbreviation:I-U-R technical cooperation). The dissertation aims to A good cooperation mode not only integrate resources of industry,university,institute ,but also maximizes their mutual benefit, it can be said that cooperation mode is an important factor for cooperation success. The game theory has been carried and used on the research of the I-U-R technical cooperation in this paper. The Research mainly includes two parts: the impact of incomplete information in the mode of I-U-R Technical cooperation,the choice of cooperation mode with incomplete information and complete information. The approaches of combining theory research and case study are adopted. Specifically, the main tasks include:①It states the background, purpose as well as the significance of the study on the I-U-R technical cooperation, and then give some important concept about I-U-R technical cooperation. Based on these, introduction of the basic theories of the I-U-R technical cooperation., including the technological innovation theory, cooperation theory and transaction expense theory, next that, introduce the I-U-R technical cooperation mode at home and abroad, state some influencing factors in the I-U-R technical cooperation mode at last.②Some game thought in the I-U-R technical cooperation were introduced, after that,some based application of game in the I-U-R technical cooperation were summarized briefly.③Builds game models to analyze several crucial problems of the cooperation mode of the I-U-R technical cooperation. Firstly, analyze the mode choice of I-U-R technical cooperation with complete information. Secondly, analyze impact of incomplete information in Technology Exchange and Commercial Cooperation and analyze the mode choice of I-U-R technical cooperation with incomplete information. At last, expand the mode choice of I-U-R technical cooperation in incomplete information with signal game.④After studying two cases of I-U-R technical cooperation about Chongqing university and China southern power grid ,Guangzhou Maclean electric power CO.,LTD , Find theoretical Conclusion of the study accord to the actual situation in a certain extent, so further interpreting related theories.The thesis analyzes the cooperation mode of the two parties using the game theory tool, proposes puts forward some countermeasure for the two parties' long-term cooperation.
