Pharmaceutical industry takes an important play on protecting peoples'health and improving life's quality. It is one of the industries which have the fastest growth in the global economic. The curatorial market of China will be the largest market of the world in 10 years' time. Because of a long time planned economy system's influence, traditional medicine wholesale enterprises appeared such problems as low supply chain performance, slow response customers' demands, pharmaceutical industry is lack of logistics service. With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, especially after our country entering into the WTO, the competitive environment in the field of drug circulation in our country has changed greatly, the fierce market competition has forced traditional medicine wholesale enterprises must find a new way to improve the existing problems. The author believed that the third-party medical logistics is a good choice, traditional medicine wholesale enterprises can enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness and customer service levels by learning from the third-party medical logistics professional management experience, facilities, well-developed network and information technology.This article explores the feasibility and the strategy development about when the traditional wholesale pharmaceutical enterprises change its direction to third-party medical logistics. The article firstly introduced the domestic and foreign research on the radio media, points out the significance, the research goal, the related theory, and the innovation in this thesis; at the second chapter, author mainly carries on the analyzed to the development prospects of third party medicine physical distribution's, pointed out the inevitability of developing third party medicine physical distribution in our country from the third party medicine physical distribution's function angle, forecasted the demand of the third party medicine physical distribution; the fifth chapter mainly carries on to the third party medicine physical distribution enterprise market segmentation and the target market choice method, in order to instructed strategy formulation and implementation; at last chapter the author take ChangSha double crane medicine company as an example, introduced the method how to reform feasibility, the proper safeguard factor also carries on showing to the reforming process. This article has made an implemental exploration which can give an guidance to traditional medicine wholesale enterprises enter into the third-party medical logistics market.
