Coastal And Inland Comparative Study Of The County Economic Development Model

County economy is the regional economy which is based on the scope of county-level administrative division, with the important role of linking, connecting urban and rural areas, communicating every industry. County economy is not only an important basis for the national economy, but also the effective way to solve the "three rural" and an important measure of building a socialist harmonious society. To narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, balance the development of the regions, achieve common wealth and enhance the overall strength of socialist, we have to develop county economy vigorously.Shandong Province is an eastern coast of China, with the geographical location advantages and abundant natural resources. The number of economic development index of Shandong Province forefront in the nation and it has become China's great economic province. There is a big gap between coastal and inland counties. Exploring the reasons to the development gap, researching different models of county development and summarizing promote advanced counties'(cities) successful experience and formatting suitable county economic development model are great significant in theoretically and practically.In this paper, the following are the main contents and conclusions, based on the actual data analysis and theoretical calculation:(1) Selected 2001 to 2008 statistical data on the economy of Shandong County, 91 cities and counties in Shandong Province as the research unit, based on the statistical analysis of measurement, used principal component analysis (PCA) method, based on the making economic competitiveness index system, we used the statistical analysis software(SPSS) to measure the province's 91 cities and counties county level economic competitiveness actual and came to the economic development gap between the coastal and inland counties of Shandong.(2) In the evaluation of the county actual competitiveness, the actual scores of the county economic competitive strength were looked as the evaluation criteria of the 91 counties of Shandong Province economic competitiveness. At the same time, used the cluster analysis methodology, based on the coastal and inland counties in Shandong Province Economic Competitiveness of the actual level, the province's 91 counties (cities) are divided into five types:a strong development oriented type, healthy and strong growth type, coastal special type, and the middle development type and the lowest level type.(3) Based on the results of the factors of the economic impact and cluster analysis, summarized the successful experience of the rapid development counties, and obtained the coastal and inland counties'development models 1:agriculture-led industrialization model, formatting model, resource-driven model, Characteristics of economic model, industrial-type cluster model. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of the five development models were summarized, the constraints of natural resources were broken through, and the overall development level was enhanced.(4) By compared with the counties of Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province, I summarized that similarities and differences in these areas, and finally format the coastal and inland County Economic Development Models. To enhance the overall level of Shandong county economy and improving backward, I described the county economic development ideas and paths which are very significant for promoting the "new socialist countryside" of Shandong Province.
