Our Country Coastal District Comparative Study Of The County Economic Development

County economy is an important foundation of our national economy,to growand develop the county economy,which is proposed to solve the "three rural"problems by CPC Central Committee,that promote the construction of harmonioussociety and anew socialist countryside is an important measure.Corrently, the countyeconomic research results have been more,however,for the county government,Acomparative study for different parts of the county economic development to plan thedevelopment of the county development plan is more realistic significance.Therefore,this paper is fully Learned from related research methodology and research findingson the basis atHome and abroad,researched on coastal areas of the county economicallydeveloped provinces of Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province of the first county inJiangyin City and Longkou City as the research object,guiding by regional economicstheory and using Literature analysis, comparative analysis and statistical analysis andother research methods were to compare the resources, geographic conditions andeconomic development of Jiangyin City with Longkou City,analyze the reasons fordifferences in the formation of the county economic development differences inJiangyin City and Longkou City,and thus speed up the coastal areas of thecounty’seconomic development policies and measures.There were found by comparative analysis of Jiangyin City and Longkou Cityresources and economic development status,resource conditions,types of mineralresources and the number of rich in Longkou City; but economic and geographicconditions are more favorabled in Jiangyin City,comprehensive strength was morestronger,industrial structure was more reasonable, the size ofthe three major industries,industrialization,higher clustering were higher,Overall competitivenesswas morecompetitiv.In this paper,using twenty indicators of the two major aspects of economicgrowth and social development in Jiangyin City and Longkou City to build acomprehensive evaluation system of the economic differences among counties,Mainlyfrom the economic level, industrial structure, speed of development, openness, socialstructure, population growth, technology, education, quality of life eight aspects, Comparative analysis of the county economic development in Jiangyin City andLongkou City in2000-2010, and comprehensive analysis of influencing factors andfuture trends of Jiangyin City and Longkou City county economic developmentdifference.This paper showed that the gap formed in the process of economicdevelopment in Jiangyin City and Longkou City were resulted from the combinedeffect on the different of economic base, industrial structure and developmentstrategies together results.On the basis of the analysis of county economic development differences inJiangyin City and Longkou City,put forward policy recommendations for thedevelopment of county economy in China’s coastal areas:coastal areas should takeadvantage of the superior location advantages,development of local characteristics ofcounty economy, strengthen constantly infrastructure construction and theimplementation of the strategy of "Science and Education City,to adjust the industrialstructure, optimizing the functions of government economic management,promotingsound and rapid development of private economy and foreign trade,clusters andregional cooperation to enhance regional competitiveness of the county economy.
