Various logical relationships in the master schedule of Yongxin international plaza were compiled with PROJECT2007, and the quality control plan of Yongxin International Plaza was intensively studied according to the actual situation. Also the detailed process and principles of compiling Quality control plan are also introduced. This paper develops the organizational framework, staffing and job responsibilities and performance assessment methods for project management personnel of Yongxin International Plaza. Furthermore the project schedule management process, project quality management process, design change management process and project negotiation management process were made according to the situation of Yongxin international plaza.
