| Project investment is vital for an enterprise to gain profits. In general, feasibility analysis should be carried out prior to the practice of a projectinvestment. This paper begin with an introduction of the procedure and means of feasibility analysis of project investment, then dwells on the principles and means of enterprise project investment financial assessment and feasibility analysis. Based on the materials of Industrialization project on LED lamps and lanterns series products, the paper studies the enterprise project investment financial assessment and feasibility analysis in great details. The use of LED lamp and laterns production is good for resource conservation and environmental protection advantages, however, because of large amount of investment of the project, the project construction period is longer, many uncertainties and other features, its success depends critically on the decision-making correct or not. Feasibility Analysis of the project are development projects in the investment decision-making to be developed before the project to conduct a comprehensive, systematic research and analysis, technical evaluation of the use of scientific methods, to draw a series of evaluation index value, in order to finally determine the feasibility of the project comprehensive study. So, no matter from the viewpoint of company, project or industry, this study is of great significance in theory and practicing. This study aims to make comprehensive use of project evaluation of various theories, closely linked to this project the actual situation, to draw comprehensive scientific feasibility of a reasonable conclusion and evaluation of similar projects for the industry to provide a reference paradigm.In this paper, we start with the background and the meaning of the project. We provide a qualitative analysis of data with the current combination of statistical analysis to analyze the significance of the project. And further, on construction projects, including the market environment, the current situation and prospects, including a comprehensive analysis, and then on the most complex and most critical analysis of technology assessment at various levels to take the way to start a comprehensive assessment of the project's technical feasibility. In ensuring the viability of projects, based on the analysis of the project a substantial amount of money financial issues, make comprehensive use of various indicators of financial analysis to the point of view of quantitative analysis to study the profitability of investment projects and, through sensitivity analysis to further study the project's risk questions. Due to the limits in means and index of assessment, the result of project investment assessment will be inevitably affected. Therefore, the paper applied two methods of assessment in analysis in order to set up a comprehensive assessment of project investment and thus make sure the result of enterprise project investment financial assessment is scientific and accurate.In conclusion, the indicators of the project of LED lamp are all good with strong ability against the risk, higher than that of industry standard. From the aspect of economy, this project is a feasible project with bright future and high economic value. |
