The integration of the global economy and regional economy becomes two primary trends of today's economic development in the world. A number of news changes on international tarrif preferences can be seen under this background. These changes have been bringing significant influence to our country in respect of policital, economical and social areas.On the other hand, one of the hardest worldwide finicial crises in the history the world is suffering during these two years give more chanlenges to us. Therefore, it is vital to understand and take the advantage of today's situation of international tarrif preferences to promote China's economy.These thesis begins with the characteristics and the trend of international tarrif trend, followed by the research of several mostly influented enterprises, laws and government behavours. At he end of this thesis, some suggestion of China's future policies is given.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter begins with introduction which briefs the background, significant, frame, clues of thinking, status of the same field and the significant originality of the thesis. The second chapter illustrates the relative international trade theories. The third chapter analyses the general status of China's international trade, the use of tarrif preferences as well as the problems. Chapter four analyses the growing trend of international tarrif preferences and related policies and its building factors. Chapter five give detailed analysis of the influences specificly to China. Chapter six proposes some suggestion to the trade policy of our country based on the research above. Chapter seven is conclusion.
