Study On Pattern Of Township Cluster

It have been illustrated by the history of countries in the world that no one can be developed without others. Various complementary combinations were founded on the basis of mutual benefit to promote economic development. A rural area also shares the same principle to achieve regional coordinated development.This paper discuss township cluster with aims:the first to speed up the development of countryside, increase incomes of farmers and help solving the "agriculture, countryside and farmer" problem; the second, township industries would be gathered to build the central enterprise district and to promote the development of township enterprises; the third, to get the patterns of towns planned and rationalized to improve living conditions of rural area; the fourth, a reasonable allocation of resources and a balanced development of regional economy; the fifth, not only would the regional economy be promoted but also the national development would benefit..With the study of regional cluster and the analysis of Baodi district area as a case, This paper attempt to discuss the method of township region planning. The paper consists of five parts which beginning with a analysis of references as a introduction of research method, framework, theoretical or practical value of the work. In the second part, a logical model of regional clustering is presented with the analysis of regional clustering theory and the five essential elements of it:cluster, locating, endowment of resources, development level of economy and industrial gathering with division of labor and cooperation.In the third part, the paper make an adequate preparation for the structuring of a township cluster model with analysis of the aims, the principles, the forms and the prerequisite of it.In the fourth part, with analysis of the current economic status and the correlations between cluster factors of Baodi district, a township cluster pattern is founded by gradually clustering and correcting. In the fifth part, Baodi Township cluster assessment, by analysis of advantages and disadvantages of baodi Township cluster facters,evaluate cluster output efficiency.This paper concludes that:the complementary township cluster is far more benefit than simple addition. By the mechanism of self-transformation,cluster transform from traditional industries to emerging industries, and high level cluster transform to emerging industries, while the oringal industries of the high level cluster transfer to a low level cluster. the economic structure of cluster optimize the allocation of resources in time and in space. Then the region's economics form a virtuous circle for achieving balanced development, bridging the gap between regions, thereby achieving the ultimate goal of regional integration eventually. Therefore the effectiveness of the cluster contribute not only to the growth of existing interests, but also to the region's long-term development.
