Financial Management Mode Base On Supply Chain

Supply chain management has four streams: logistic flow, business flow, information flow and capital flow. However, most of research for supply chain management is focus on logistic cost reduction and less attention from the financial management point view, such as capital flow, income. Therefore, the traditional corporate financial management needs to break the boundaries and think about financial issues from supply chain perspective. This paper mentions the shortcomings in the two areas and set up supply chain integration model base on the financial management. Also, mentions that extending the content and regions of financial management and improving the capacity of financial management for the enterprise.The financial management base on the supply chain is concerted in the paper. Also, the restriction of traditional financial management is analyzed. The modern enterprises are the organizations which stand on the nodes of supply chain. They should integrate logistic flow, business flow, information flow and capital flow for comprehensively analyze the enterprise financial management which base on the supply chain. The problems of using the current integration model are proposed and the improved methods are listed at the meantime. Thus, the financial management matches up with the supply chain's development and keep same step with supply chain strategy.In this paper, make OTEC as a case, introduces the basic situation of OTEC, and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing financial management. From the supply chain point, make the integration between financial management and supply chain. Extent the content and scope of financial management and enhance the capacity the financial management integration of manufacturing enterprise, propose OTEC company Financial Management System.
