Countermeasures For Improving Urban Community Employment Service

This thesis focuses on the development of urban community employment service. Community, as a major part of a city, is a general public that residents live in a certain area. It plays an important role in the development of the city and the society. Therefore, constructing and managing community service especially in employment improvement, is a necessary requisition for resolving the rigorous employment problem, helping the poverty-stricken people, improving social assistance and social weal. As a core part of community service, community employment service is not only an innovation for employment improvement, but also a new approach for community and government service.
