This paper tends to analyze the structure of sense of fairness and job satisfaction of enterprise employees through a specific research object, make a research on how to improve sense of fairness and job satisfaction of employees, make an exploratory analysis on the correlationship between the above two based on positive data, provide positive support for the correlationship between them and enrich the content of relationship between them.This paper gives an introduction to the basic theory of human resource, mainly makes a detailed analysis on the resolutions to increase the sense of fairness and job satisfaction of employees and sets forth that human resource is the first source for modern enterprises and that human resource management of "people-orientated" is a key link for enterprise development, which is the theoretical base for the research of the paper. This paper makes a research on the current situation of sense of fairness and job satisfaction of Cementing Service Company, presents the current situation of human resource of the Company and analysis of causes. Generally, this paper complies with the routine of proposing basic theory, conducting positive survey, and raising, analyzing and resolving problem.This research takes the state-owned Cementing Service Company as an example to discuss the relationship between sense of fairness and job satisfaction of employees. Based on the above document study and positive analysis, there is positive correlation between them, and the former has remarkable effect and prediction on the latter. Therefore, enterprises should strive to improve sense of fairness of employees to increase their job satisfaction, which is vitally important for each management of an enterprise.
