Employee job satisfaction has always been a hot topic in human resource management and organizational behavior.Some factors affecting employees' job satisfaction have been proposed in previous literatures from different fields and perspectives,but there is still a lack of research on the impact of the research from the perspective of the sense of fairness in performance appraisal.This paper takes company A,A state-owned financial company,as the representative,to study the impact of the sense of fairness in performance appraisal on employees' job satisfaction.It is expected to improve the sense of fairness in performance appraisal of company A and ultimately improve employees' job satisfaction.It also aims to provide new exploration for improving employees' job satisfaction in financial enterprises.This paper firstly reviews the social exchange theory and social comparison theory in the field of human resources,and then sorts out the relevant literature on performance appraisal,sense of fairness and job satisfaction.This paper analyzes and puts forward the research conception,constructs the research conceptual model,and puts forward the research hypothesis.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of 290 valid questionnaires collected from field and network,and most of the hypotheses were verified.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the sense of fairness in performance appraisal has a positive correlation with job satisfaction;In the influence of sub-dimensions,the sense of distributive justice,the sense of procedural justice and the sense of interactive justice have positive correlation with promotion satisfaction.The sense of procedural equity and distributive equity have positive correlation with salary satisfaction.(2)in the demographic data,the gender,job title and overseas study background of employees all have significant influence on the sense of distributive justice;Overseas study background and professional title have significant influence on overall job satisfaction and promotion satisfaction.Average monthly income has a significant effect on employees' overall job satisfactionIn this paper,through theoretical and empirical,qualitative and quantitative,interview and questionnaire method to explore the performance evaluation of fairness to A company's influence job satisfaction,the results expand the factors that affect employees' job satisfaction,enrich the research field of fair performance evaluation,the article finally proposed to improve the performance evaluation of A company A sense of fairness,improve employee job satisfaction proposal as well as the limitations of research and the prospect of the future.
