The Practical Research In Management Improvement Of The Dongfeng Production Line Based On Standard Work Program

This paper taking a car company subordinate DF lines as the research object,it studies on production management of commercial vehicle assembly line and how basic theories of industrial engineering was used in commercial vehicle assembly process layout.In order to distribute assembly workstation reasonable, reduce difficult assembly operation and promote the management level,a method for production management and process layout was designed and implemented.This paper briefly introduces the basic theory of industrial engineering and the standard operation tools,researches the difficult assembly operations and the low production efficiency, insecure quality, high labor intensity that caused by them.By use IE and standard operation method, this paper builds up a model that uses standard operation to balance the assembly work. It also gets the training method of final assembly. Through adopting modular assembly, optimizing the assembly line structure and improving equipment, the difficult operation was settled and the production efficiency was improved.In addition, by training the workers to enhance their skills,the management level of assembly line was highly improved.This paper studies on the assembly line of DF, it analyzes the production management and the existing problems of the assembly line. Based on the knowledge of standard operation, we simulate the assembly line even at the beginning when we starting to design it. As the result, we optimized the equipment layout, cut short the trial production cycle, reduced the difficult assembly operations and enhanced the production and logistics management level.The standard operation of assembly equilibrium distribution that worked out by this paper is reasonable and available.The method is simple and less expensive but effective.Based on the research of vehicle final assembly line, by using standard operation method, this paper introduces a process of balancing assembly work. It set up a standard operation model for the company that enhance the management level and solve the problem of low efficiency.
