Research On The Application Of The Standard Time Formulation Of The Car General Assembly Line

With the increasing of the auto market demand, the auto industry present showed the fast-growing trend. However, in the competitive market, with the labor costs rising, automotive Enterprises have to improve the accuracy of the standard working time, and the traditional standard time formulation method have not met the current needs. Therefore, with the modern production mode, how to make the accurate working time standard and improve the working method of enterprise unreasonable factors, have become the only way which must be passed.In the foundation of the researching on characteristics of the automobile assembly line, the author detailed research on the standard working time of the car general assembly lines; the main research contents include the following three aspects:(1) Considering the auto enterprises widespread production problem, the author points out the reason about the current standard time measurement method can meet the demand of the car industry, and combines with the car assembly work characteristics research on the working hours’standard.(2) After the researching the influence factors of the car assembly work, the author fully considers the relationship between the standard time and these factors, and proposes the solutions.(3) The method has been applied to the car manufacturing enterprise, and the author evaluates the application results comprehensively. In the end, the author test and verify the practical value of this Car assembly standard time formulation method.
