Extensive enterprise production process management, each production link capacity imbalance, low utilization rate of personnel and equipment is the practical problems facing the enterprise production management. How can the study of the system the influence factors of enterprise production process capacity is not high, and analyzing the bottleneck link, and take measures to improve the bottleneck link capacity is the enterprise must solve the problem. In recent years, with the application of industrial engineering technology promotion, gradually shows its important role in solving the above problems.The research object of this article for ningxia huaxia power co., LTD., the company’s overall production capacity to meet the order requirement, uneven capacity in each process, especially the assembly link capacity has restricted the company production capacity, production process of operating personnel and equipment utilization rate is low. In order to solve this problem by the industrial engineering theory research capacity, the main reasons for the problem and put forward the improvement scheme, good results have been achieved. Paper main content is as follows:(1) first of all determined by restricting capacity in each process of the actual situation of the company’s production capacity is short battery assembly area, the assembly line 2 as the main problem point is determined.(2) in view of the assembly line 2, using the research method to determine the operation time, line balance rate calculation, determine the location problem. By utilizing the method of process procedure of the whole assembly process is analyzed, using the 5 w1h questions summarizes the problems existing in the method, Using the joint operation analysis, analysis of the bottleneck problems existing in the station.(3) on the basis of process program analysis and joint operations analysis, using the ECRSI principle, of no.2 line of human machine utilization rate is low, the workload imbalance phenomenon such as to improve. Through ascension operation personnel and production equipment utilization, achieve goals for improving the productivity of the assembly line.(4) in view of the production field work environment, put the raw material of the production equipment, production area of the safety problems and make improvements.(5) to evaluate the effect of the improved. Improvement, lead-acid battery assembly and assembly area production line has dramatically improve the utilization rate of man-machine, significantly enhance capacity, reduces the cost of production, product production cycle shortened obviously, operator working environment have significantly improved.
