The Research On ABC Bank's Internet Credit Mode For Small-sized Companies

The development of internet has a great effect on social activity. Internet which connects all parts of our life including study and work is no longer considered as a virtual world as before. No one doubts that we are in the age of global internet economy. In this era, traditional commercial banks like the bank of ABC and others must not only focus on the issues on how to effectively realize financial innovation involving network credit by means of internet but also on the design of network credit modes as well as the establishment of relative measures. They are also the main researches of this paper.Based on the overall analysis about internet economy, small-sized companies'financing status and internet credit, mode of internet credit that designed for small-sized companies are demonstrated in this paper in terms of relative theories of small-sized companies'credit and internet economy. This article presents a case study of ABC commercial bank in Shenzhen, aiming to discuss the present development status of small-sized companies'traditional credit mode and existing issues. The internet credit mode that ABC bank designs for small-sized companies is proposed in this paper as well as some main operational processes and comparative analysis is made between the tradition mode and the new one by way of both theoretical and empirical analysis. In this paper, series of measures like institutional setup, staffing, products, assessments and incentives are put forward for the implementation of small-sized companies' internet credit mode made by ABC bank.The mode of internet credit is on the cutting edge of bank credit system which probably turns into an inevitable trend under the background of internet economy. This research, to some extent, makes a contribution to the bank business innovation under the internet economy system.
