Logisitics is vigorous development in our country recently. The third party logistics enterprise is arising speedily like mushrooms growth. Because lack of uniform standard and effective management, the social logistics resources waste enormously. Along with fast development on information technology and managerial technique, many kinds of fourth party enterprises have appeared around the whole world. However, our country's fourth party enterprises development is not very mature and its construction has many problems. In view of fourth party logistics platform's usability, this dissertation has been analyzing the fourth party logistics characteristics and the operation flow, and summarizing the application condition from the point of view of both third party logistics member and entrusting enterprise to this platform. Combining with electronic commerce website, summarize four factors that affect the fourth party logistics platform: platform form; platform content; platform exterior and platform function. Through organizing the experts'interview to design usability initial indicator system of the fourth party logistics. Obtaining the concerned data through designing questionnaire. Carring on the correlation analysis and the cluster analysis using the SPSS software to the received questionnaire, and examining the questionnaire reliability and the validity, then adjusting some indicators. Finally got indicator system refered to fourth party logistics platform usability evaluation. This dissertation summarizes some comprehensive evaluation methods'principle, step, scope of application and limitation. Using method for group decision making based on two-tuple linguistic information processing about LINMAP thought to evaluate platform usability, in order to avoid defining ideal point and weighing. This dissertation uses construction of B/S to design comprehensive evaluation information system for fourth party logistics platform usability. Through system's analysis, accomplished database design, connection design and code compile. Ultimatly, implements system function. Taking Ningbo fourth party logistics platform as empirical study, obtaines its usability measure results, and put forward improved suggestion according to the measure results.
