Factors Affecting The Enterprises' Profit Distribution In The Fourth Party Logistics Platform

Based on the good foundation of logistics environment,the fourth party logistics can be seen as a outcome of logistics industry development.In order to expand the logistics market with a new model,and enhance the market competitiveness of the small and medium sized logistics enterprises in the short term,the fourth party logistics plays an important role in the worldwide logistics development.Generally,the fourth party logistics mainly depends on its operation to realize the value.As a result,the research about the fourth party logistics and its platform has become a hot topic in various research areas.As the concept of ‘Internet+' and cross-border e-commerce is put forward,it is clear that the core operation of the fourth party logistics is the ‘platform'.If the operation of the ‘platform' is required to stay on the stable level,the complete and sound Interest Coordination Mechanism will be not ignored.Additionally,in order to figure out the basis of Interest Coordination Mechanism,it is necessary to explore the factor affecting the distribution of interests.The purpose of this dissertation is to focus on the fourth party logistics platform as the research object and mainly investigate the enterprises profit distribution of the fourth party logistics platform,and figure out the factors affecting the distribution of interests,and lastly,at its source,offer some effective suggestions for the healthy development.According to the literature review,this paper constructs the theoretical model by using resource management theory as the core,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis.In the next section,the structural equation model test as well as linear regression model test are used to examine 337 questionnaires,by using two software named AMOS17.0 and SPSS20.0 respectively.Briefly,the main results could be divided into five points.First of all,the enterprise resources within fourth party logistics platform has a significant positive impact on the fourth party logistics platform's integrated operating capacity.Second,the enterprise resources within fourth party logistics platform has a significant positive correlation with the distribution of benefits.Third,the integrated operating capacity of fourth party logistics platform has a significant positive impact on the distribution of benefits.Fourth,the fourth party logistics platform's integrated operating capacity acts as an intermediary between the enterprise resources and benefits distribution.Lastly,the main advantages of enterprises play a positive role in regulation between the fourth party logistics platform for enterprise resources and the distribution of.Through the further analysis,the next section indicates that the degree of resource sharing,relational intimacy degree,information processing ability,resource integration ability and scheme design capability are the main influencing factors of benefit distribution within the fourth party logistics platform.The research conclusion could further enrich the theoretical system of enterprise profit distribution in the fourth party logistics platform,and provide some suggestions for the managers.At the end of the dissertation,the innovation,limitations and future research prospects of this research would be pointed out.
