Analysis Of Business Model On MD’s Internet Plus Logistics Platform And Its Functions Designing

The logistics business scope including land,water and air,of which land transportation is divided into road and rail transport.Because of this thesis is involved in the case of MD platform,and then MD’s Internet platform for logistics is focused on the road transportation.And water,air,as well railway transportation,will depend on the road transportation to complete the final distribution.Therefore,this thesis discussed the problem of logistics will focused on the road transportation.At present,the logistics are playing an increasingly important role in national economic,which influence the development of industries,as well as the living standard of people.However,there are many problems of logistics in our country is,retrains the development of logistics in China.This thesis will conclude and summarize the main problem of Chinese road freight transport industry,and according to the logistics,fourth party logistics(4PL),platform strategy,and the Internet thinking theory or idea.It will analysis the business model of Internet platform for Fourth party logistics,and designs the functions of MD’s Internet platform for logistics.Try to illustrate MD’s Internet platform for logistics business model to solve the problem of road freight transport industry in China.
