For Industrial clusters in boosting the economy in this region, the expert at home and abroad starts to pay attention on industrial clusters. The dissertation firstly established evolution system of the power equipment manufacturing industry cluster in northeast China. The dissertation secondly designs the organization and operation mechanism. The dissertation studies equipment manufacturing industry cluster in northeast China. The culture system should be optimized and the equipment manufacturing enterprises should be reformed. Intermediary organizations should be created.This dissertation studies the domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing cluster theory, and elaborates on some of the basic concepts used in this dissertation and related theories.
