The Operation Mechanism And Efficiency Evaluation Of Innovative Network In Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Innovation network as a network between the market and bureaucratic organizations,its effective operation has become a strong driving force to enhance the capacity of independent innovation.Equipment manufacturing industry itself has the geographical clustering easily promote the formation of the industry innovation network.From the existing literature,the current research on the innovation network of equipment manufacturing industry mainly focuses on the research on the formation and evolution,structure,lack of operating mechanism and efficiency evaluation,especially the few scholars on the study of operational efficiency evaluation.To this end,from the following aspects to study the operating mechanism and efficiency evaluation.First of all,with the equipment manufacturing industry and innovation network and other aspects of the theory,analysis of innovation network operation of the nature and efficiency of meaning,to define the connotation of equipment manufacturing innovation network;and then analyze the formation process,structure;put forward five operating mechanism,and from the input,The construction efficiency evaluation index system is established,and the operational efficiency evaluation index system is established from the perspective of input,network structure and output.SFA is evaluated in two stages.Finally,the equipment is manufactured by Henan Province as an example.An Empirical Analysis on the Efficiency of Operational Innovation Network.The results show that:(1)In 2008-2014,the efficiency of the two-stage operation of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation network in HenanProvince is basically on the rise.But there is no small gap between the efficiency of the transformation stage and the efficiency of the R&D stage.(2)7 sub-sectors only special equipment,general equipment manufacturing industry is high-tech research and development,efficiency conversion efficiency industry,the overall innovation network operation efficiency is higher.(3)The network size,openness,structure hole and link in the network structure have positive influence on the efficiency of the innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province.According to the research conclusion,put forward the corresponding strategy:(1)Improve the efficiency of the industry chain;(2)Highlight the advantages of industry,strengthen the transformation of innovative industries in the weak industry,enhance the overall operational efficiency;(3)Build innovative network service platform;(4)Optimize the internal structure of the network;(5)Improve the production and research cooperation network.
