Research On Trust Mechanism In High-Tech Virtual Industry Cluster

With the development of information technology, high-tech virtual industry cluster (HTVIC) will become a developing trend of organization in the future. Trust is the base of cooperation and the core of any business. Cooperation is an important activity of the members in high-tech virtual industry cluster. Currently, social economic environment and virtual network environment presents a low degree of trust. If the members of the cluster distrust with each other, it will be difficult to form the long-term cooperation and discourage the development of high-tech virtual industry cluster. Trust mechanism is the basis of successful operation in high-tech virtual industry cluster. Thus, it has an important theoretical significance and practical value in researching trust of high-tech virtual industry cluster and cultivating trust between members, as well as systemic study on trust mechanism of high-tech virtual industry cluster.Firstly, this dissertation reviews the relevant theories, describes the main problems of trust mechanism in the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign-related studies and relevant theories. Subsequently, this dissertation introduces meaning and characteristics of high-tech virtual industry cluster, analyzes trust relationship of high-tech virtual industry cluster between members in depth and proposes the overall framework of trust mechanism about high-tech virtual industry cluster. Secondly, this dissertation proposes the model of trust building based on trust degree, designs evaluation system of trust degree based on influencing factors about trust building and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP for evaluation. Thirdly, this dissertation analyzes the trust risk, provides approaches of aversing risk and proposes incentive measures in combining of recessive and dominance. Finally,this dissertation thoroughly designs the database of management system and functional model of trust mechanism about high-tech virtual industry cluster, the system will complete the exploitation of database about management system of trust mechanism of high-tech virtual industry cluster with tool of ASP.NET during the implementation phase.Then, this dissertation chooses the Harbin hi-tech industrial development zone as the empirical object, which is the center for high-tech enterprise distributed in different areas, uses the management system of trust mechanism to demonstrate the establishment and guarantee mechanism of trust between members selected from Harbin hi-tech industrial development zone.
