Research On Trust Mechanism In Virtual Enterprise

With the development of NetEc, virtual enterprise becomes a developing trend of organization. But, this theory is not perfect. There're still much problem not been resolved during the course of carrying out it, and trust is a crucial problem. So it is the demand of reality and also an important task not to be avoided by theory research to carry through a system research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise theoretically. On the base of comparing relative researches, this article is developed successively encircling tightly the unique features of virtual enterprise. Firstly, it understands the trust in virtual enterprise again; it argues that trust is a kind of mechanism embedded in the network. Secondly, it analyzes trust mechanism and the meaning of key variables about trust. Finally, this article analyzes three important components of virtual enterprise's trust mechanism, including the frame of building trust mechanism in virtual enterprise, the producing mechanism and guarantee mechanism of trust.
