Research On Trust Mechanism Of Virtual Enterprise

With the development of information technology, virtual enterprise will become a developing trend of organization in the future. But, this theory is not perfect. There're still much problems not been resolved during the course of carrying out it, for instance, trust. Due to lack of direct control to some activities, it is an important problem to build mutual trust among members for virtual enterprise. Trust is the base of cooperation and the core of any business. On the other hand, trust mechanism is the footstone of operating virtual enterprise successfully. So it is the demand of reality and also an important task not to be avoided by theory research to carry through a system research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise theoretically.Using some rational factors of theory research and practice for reference, this paper makes some system and thorough research on trust mechanism in virtual enterprise. During the course of writing, the author gives priority to the standard research, on the same time, combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis. In these researches, psychology, economic sociology, the theory of game, some qualitative description models and some quantitative analysis models are used. Of course, these theories and methods all encircle the unique feature of virtual enterprise.On the base of comparing and matting, this article is developed successively encircling tightly the unique features of virtual enterprise that are distinctive from traditional enterprises and other alliance forms. Virtual enterprise trust mechanism includes mainly three parts, Firstly, Using the analytic hierarchy process and qualitative and quantitative analysis to get the influencing factors, this paper propose to establish an estimating system in order to estimate the trust level of subliminal partner through fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Secondly, through evolution analysis of the virtual enterprise trust relationship and theory of predecessors, this paper introduces the producing mechanism of virtual enterprise trust relationship. At last, through the study on game theory, this paper discusses trust protecting mechanisms on one-time game and repeated game.
