Research On The Countermeasures Of Develpoing Eco-oriented Economy In The Daxinganling Region

With economic and social development,people have been increasingly concerned about the protection and improvement of ecology and environmen.Economy continues to increase, which must be based on the sustainable use of natural biological resources,so that it emerges the research and practice of eco-economic theory.This dissertation thus conducts exploration of the nature and the associated eco-economic theory,pointing out that development of eco-economy has become a prerequisite for the sustainable development of human society.Forests are important to improve the ecological environment of the Earth's material stocks, which is very important to implement sustainable development strategy.Daxinganling region of Heilongjiang province is an administrative area, which is established due to the development of state-owned forests in 1964.Only a few decades of a single forest harvesting industry, depletion of forest resources have been caught in the economic situation midst of these difficulties. Beginning of this century, the state invested heavily in the implementation of natural forest protection project, so that Daxinganling regional economic recoverying, community tend to be stable.However, the Daxinganling region how to re-program, build a new eco-economic model, out of a regional economic development of the new roads, provincial, prefecture, county (district) governments at all levels are engaged in active exploration and practice.In this dissertation, through eco-awakening to the forestry industry's revelation, it makes in accordance with the requirements of eco-economic model to change the direction of development Daxinganling forestry industry, namely, the achievement of cutting production to focusing on ecological construction, mainly of historic change. And based on what they have learned from the basic theory of professional,combined with domestic and international economic theory of ecological research on the region's economic revitalization of Daxinganling development direction, is conducted a preliminary study.Content includes:the analysis of Daxinganling ecological functions and the need for the development of eco-economic;the implementation of the natural forest protection project achievements and shortcomings research;the implementation of the principles of eco-economic development,the measures of forest resources protection and development;the use of Daxinganling's ecological resources and biodiversity to adjust the direction of its industrial structure proposal,Daxinganling region's outlook for sustainable economic development and so on.Through the above analysis, this dissertation summed up as following: In order to give full play to the Daxinganling forest unique ecological functions, to ensure that their economic and social development onto the healthy track,it must based on science and technology as the leading,and actively develope renewable resources,focused on creating an eco-economy.
