| It's time for us to formulate the Firstly we should study the experiences of legislation of the developed coutyies carefully. The formulation of the Circular Economy Law should be contains the fundamental law, the synthetic laws and the single laws. The Impel Circular Economy Law is the fundamental law, and it is the essential section. We think the formulation of the Impel Circular Economy Law should be complied with "3R" principle and it should be connected with our countries reality.The research contents of this text are divided into five chapters, has described the domestic and international current situation of study on this question mainly in introduction of chapter one; Chapter two described the basic theories of the legislative model of Circular Economy Law , it is mainly definition and exposition of the legislative model of Circular Economy Law;Chapter three mainly showed the reality and problems in our country; Chapter four analyzed the essential conditions and practicable conditions; Chapter five illustrated the legislative model of Circular Economy Law; Chapter six illustrated the legislative model of Impel Circular Economy Law. |
