Organizational culture refers to a series of shared values, norms, behavior standards and expectations. It can affect the cooperated way within the individuals, groups and team, and it also can affect the way that they cooperate for achieving the organizational goal. Recognizing the organization culture, or attracted by the organization culture, the staff will perform positively. As members of the organization have a higher degree of recognition, they will have a high performance. This paper based on the literature, using empirical research methods to explore the relations between the organizational identification and organizational performance characteristics, designed to give some advice for improving the organizational performanceFirstly, this paper reviewed the theoretical literature on the organizational culture, organizational identity and organizational performance. Based on the study of the theoretical literature, we chose the organization of cultural identity as the independent variables, and the organizational performance as the dependent variable to build a model. Secondly, select a institution in GZ to send out the research questionnaires. Finally, using the SPSS to analyse the data reliability, validity analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, assumptions, and correction model ultimately reached the following conclusions:(1)Identification of organizational culture and organizational performance has a significant positive correlation, and we can increase organizational acceptance of the organizational culture to improve organizational performance;(2) Organization of cultural identity and cognitive level, emotional level, behavior level is closely related to the three measured dimensions;(3) Identification of organizational culture with organizational performance have a significant effect, and the various factors and organizational performance has significant positive correlation;(4) In the organization, grouped according to different demographic variables of respondents between the cultural identity of their organizations significant difference in degree;(5) Gender identity in the organizational culture does not exist significant difference;(6) Education, job factors in the organization of cultural identity is different.This study designed to further enrich the organizational culture theory and business practice of company, institutions and other units.
