Research On The Agricultural Products Logistics Management Of Heilongjiang Province Under Electronic Commerce

The 21st century is an information age and electronic commerce will become a tendency of business activity in this information age. As a brand-new business operation way, electronic commerce provides us a new method to manage their commercial transactions and will become a potential growth power to impetus the development of the world economy. One of the advantages of electronic commece is that it can simplify the service flowing and reduce the transportation cost greatly. But the establishment and maintenance of its cost superiority must be based on a reliable and highly effective operation of the logistics.As a big agricultural province and major commodity grain production base in the noth-east of China, agricultural product resources in Heilongjiang Region are extremely rich. But the logistics management level of agricultural product is still very low, the lagged logistics development mode has restricted the economic development of Heilongjiang. Agricultural products logistics environment has undergone great changes with the increase in agricultural production and uncontrollable factors becomes more complex. Therefore it is very essential for us to choose a suitable agricultural products logistics management mode.In this dissertation, on the basis of absorbing and drawing relevant research results of experts and scholars both at home and abroad, firstly, it introduces electronic commerce logistics management models, including self-logistics management model, Third-Party logistics management model, logistics alliance management model and integrated logistics management model, which on the analysis and synthesis of the advantages and disadvantages under Heilongjiang current electronic commerce environment, puts forward Third-Party logistics is suitable for Helongjiang agricultural products. Secondly, the dissertation analyses on the feasibility of Third-Party logistics of Heilongjiang agricultural products including electronic commerce logistics analysis, SWOT analysis of agricultural products and Third-Party logistics market environmental analysis. Thirdly, the dissertation establishes the evaluation index system of logistic management mode and uses AHP method to determine weights of indexes inclding economic effects, service levels, stability, coordination, environmental protection and risk. Then a case is exampled from both quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis to verity the choice of logistics management mode. At last, some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for logistics management of Heilongjiang agricultural products.
