In addition, the natural environment of many areas is damaged seriously; the potential crisis could erupt at any time. With the development of economic construction, and the losses caused by disasters are also gradually increased. The natural disasters, accidents and social security incidents caused direct economic losses of more than 455 billion Yuan in the whole year. So more and more people realize that it is imperative to strengthen the response to major disasters. Based on the above, the paper selects 31 cities as samples, selects the 2008 emergency logistics infrastructure, the number of Logistics Park, Logistics Enterprise, emergency logistics human resources, turnover, emergency transportation, logistics information technology as an evaluation index, analysis the logistics ability to support emergency logistics.
