Rural Social Pension Insurance In China Of The Path Analysis

With the acceleration of urbanization and the population migration flow, the serious problem of China's rural population, rural society pension insurance system to establish and perfect imminent. And because of the differences in social and economic background, resulting in the rural society pension insurance also exist areas difference and hind the development of rural social pension insurance. This article focuses on China′region background, aiming to find ways on constructing complied rural pension insurance system under different regions'economic development and aging progress imbalance. Considering the traditional geographic segmentation do not fully match the social background, we use cluster analysis to get fore categories. These categories form different region logically and are regarded as our research starting point.From the perspective of the institutional arrangements by economics and social security study explored the related theory of overall system design in areas for rural society pension insurance, the whole country for reference, is a kind of system innovation.In specifically, this paper mainly studies the following problems:First, collect the domestic and overseas related literatures, summarized and concluded the present study of rural society pension insurance.Second, through to the history of rural pension insurance, relevant data and methods, this paper pointed out the rural social pension insurance is existing regional difference, and establish the rural society pension insurance of the whole region is the necessity.Third, with per GDP, financial income, fiscal expenditure, per capita net income of farmers, 60 years old population proportion for the five indicators, the 31 provinces and municipalities will cluster four categories, considering the imbalance between regions, as well as the area of the internal imbalance. As construction of rural society pension insurance as a whole area of research.Fourth, combined with our country's rural social pension insurance as a whole area should follow the principle and the goal, and put forward the rural society pension insurance as a whole area of system arrangement, under the social and economic development in China to achieve rural society pension insurance in the path chosen.
