The problem of"san nong"is the development of agricultural economy and the way of agricultural economy's development is inseparable from the scientific and technological innovation. With the development of agricultural, science and technology progress will be more dependent on. Demand is the impetus of the development of society and scientific and technological progress.Expansions of agricultural technology demand have important practical and theoretical significance. Agricultural science and technology is the strong support of improving the competitiveness of agriculture, and is the premise of agricultural development,rural prosperity and increasing income of farmers. From the perspective of demand,this paper is analyzed agricultural science and technology demand affecting factors. Put forward the theoretical support of science and technology demand.Chapter 3:This chapter puts forward moderate scale of business, increase of agricultural science and technology and improving farmers household income. Analyze necessity and possibility of rural land management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Chapter 4: This chapter puts forward improving agricultural comparative advantage to enlarge the agricultural science and technology demand. It is significant to increase financial income of farmers for the expansion of scientific and technological demand. From fiscal policy, financial instruments, as well as prices of agricultural products, this chapter puts forward increasing farmers'technological needs.Chapter 5: This chapter puts forward the government increasing the manpower capital investment and improving farmer quality to increase farmers'desire to buy technology.
