The Study On Appropriate Scale Of Agriculture Land Management

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,the disadvantages of traditional household contract responsibility system appeared constantly.It restraint the further development of rural economy and the proportion of farmers agricultural business income accounted for the total household income is decline.Rural youth labor constantly pour into the city.Meanwhile the phenomenon of farmers part-time is serious.On the basis of stable family management,family farms,professional large household,farmers cooperatives,agricultural industrialization leading enterprises is important way to promote the development of grain production,increasing farmers' income,agricultural development.Therefore,studying on appropriate scale of agriculture land management has a certain practical significance.This paper combs the relevant literature,such as the agricultural land moderate scale management connotation,moderate scale management technical efficiency,moderate scale management cost of production,moderate scale management of economic benefit,the factors influencing moderate scale management and methods of moderate scale management.Based on the theory of technical efficiency,scale economy and peasant household production behavior,this paper empirically analyzes the reasonable range of agricultural land appropriate scale.In the case of wheat,this paper takes Shandong province as the sample area and uses the field research method to obtain primary material.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the individual characteristics of managements,family characteristics and features of land management.This paper understand the overall situation about age of productive decision makers,level of education,concurrent business situation,household agricultural management income,family scale,the production cost and divide into five interval,such as,below 8 mu small scale,8-20 mu smaller scale,21-200 mu medium scale,201-300 mu larger scale,300 mu above large scale.Using stochastic frontier production function method calculate the wheat production technical efficiency and influence factors.Technical efficiency of 201-300 mu larger scale is highest,reaching 0.9542.Operator's age,culture level,the degree of health,the multipleoccupations and proportion of wheat income has a significant influence on the wheat production technical efficiency.Using a logarithmic function production cost model empirical analysis farmer's production costs.wheat planting scale range and the total cost of unit production has a negative correlation relation.The unit total cost presents the downward trend with more than 200 mu of interval scale,More than 500 mu of size it has significantly negative correlation.On the basis of production cost accounting,this paper further calculate the economic benefit of household production.The economic profit of201-300 mu larger scale is 0.66.The optimal public scale interval is 201-300 mu.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions about scale of agriculture land Management.Agricultural sector should improve the service construction of agricultural technology promotion institutions to increase grain production.The government should strengthen support and reduce production costs.We must innovate the scale management mode and improve economic benefits.We should improve the system of farmland circulation service and promotes the moderate scale.Agricultural land management need to Improve the quality to enhance the management level.
