The competition among individuals has been evolved to the competition among the regional integrated value chain.Quanzhou is one of Chinese important textile and garment industry base. After years of effort, Quanzhou's textile and garment industry development has achieved outstanding results, formed a relatively complete industrial cluster network, which made the enterprise's competition from single shift to the industry chain, the regional integrated value chain. Quanzhou perfect industrial clusters and the cooperation and competition between enterprises promotes the development of enterprises, enhances the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and play a very important role for the development of textile and garment industry in Quanzhou area.However, in recent years, China's textile and garment industry is facing many difficulties from the European Union, the United States, Japan and so forth, such as anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, special safeguard measures, intellectual property protection, technical barriers to trade, RMB appreciation, labor shortages and rising prices of raw materials. Beside, since the 2008 financial crisis, textile and garment industries from most areas of China including Quanzhou are facing unprecedented challenges.
