| At Present, the tourism has become an important industry in our national economy, especially, the hotels develop quickly.the giant market potentials and the developing prospects have attracted the world famous transnational hotel groups to enter our country market one after another, therefore, our native hotel enterprises, especially the star-rated ones are facing heavy pressure of competition and challenge. With the advent of the knowledge economy, the competition among high star-hotels is becoming more competitive, specially the talent competition, how to attract more talent to a hotel? The key lies in whether or not to establish a scientific and effective knowledge-based employee incentive mechanism.Firstly, the article reviewed and summarized correlative concepts and theories of modern hotel enterprises and developed the cognition of high star-hotels. Secondly, the concept of knowledge worker would be educed with their own and working characteristics. Thirdly, the disadvantages in the management of knowledge worker in our national hotel enterprises were listed according to analysis on the practical cases and previous research achievements. Fourthly, the decisive factors to inspirit the knowledge worker were analysed, on the base of the questionnaire survey upon their demands in our national star hotels enterprises. The structure dimension of incentive elements of knowledge-based worker is studied by SPSS. Fifthly, according to the above analysis, a series of solutions are proposed to stimulate knowledge-based worker in the high star-hotels effectively. In the end of this thesis, the author summarized the above contents and pointed out the limitations of this research and issues which should be discussed further. |
