The age of knowledge economy is coming, knowledge workers are increasingly becoming the important factor in business development and competitiveness. Hotel is the first with international standards of the industry, development of high-star hotels are particularly striking. As important knowledge workers of high-star hotels, sales are the backbone of the revenue. Survey shows that the incentive mechanism of high-star hotel sales has many disadvantages, causing excessive competition, customer resources privatization, high quit rate and other phenomena. Meanwhile, high-star hotels generate amazing management cost. On the perspective of knowledge workers management, try to establish scientific high-star hotel sales incentive mechanism can provide new perspective of research on high-star hotel sales incentive and enrich incentive theory of knowledge workers applications in theory. In practice it benefit high-star hotel to keep steady staff, solve the above problem, enhance competitiveness.First of all, through literature research, summarizing the knowledge workers incentive research, focusing on the analysis of knowledge workers incentives, combing expert investigation method, the paper builds high-star hotel sales incentive factors model and makes appropriate assumptions. Second, by questionnaire method and depth interview method to collect data and using statistical software to analyze the data, the paper verifies assumptions and model, coming to the present situation of high-star hotel sales incentives and problems. Finally, according to the survey result of high-star hotel sales incentive, reference Stephen, p. Robbins incentive model, the paper builds high-star hotel sales incentive mechanism model and propose implementation progress of incentive. The progress focuses on incentive measures, including comprehensive salary incentive, emotion incentive, culture incentive, team incentive, leadership incentive, training incentive, growth incentive.
