A Research On The Factors Of Supply Chain Collaboration Operational Performance

Currently, with the rapid development of the globalization and the increasing competition of the market, competitions among enterprises gradually give way to competitions between supply chains, the relationship between enterprises within the supply chain gradually shift from competition to cooperation.In China, although the development trend of cooperation is inevitable, but the supply chain management is immature, especially for the large number of SMEs, most of which lack professional experiences, all of these have important theoretical and practical meaning for the supply chain collaboration and supply chain performance evaluation of SMEs.This paper is focus on the systematical research of factors which affect the operational performance of supply chain collaboration. As summing up the previous literature systematically, this research summarized three factors, for example, the compatibility of corporate culture, enterprise resource dependency and consistency of business goals, which affect the operational performance of the supply chain, and built its own model and assumptions, and then this research used the SPSS to analyze the collected data, the three factors had been devided into several operational performance, and finally, proved relationships between the three factors and supply chain operational performance.According to the result of empirical research, the model and assumptions had been recorrectted, and the research result is helpful for collaboration and the selection of potential partners, SMEs can use the three factors to improve operational performance.
