Enterprise L is a legal independent entity and service entities which enterprised managing government department. With the increasing servant in Enterprise L, structure of complex servant caused various contradictions, and the root of contradiction is initial compensation system can't adapt to the modern enterprise's requirements.In order to solve this problem, this paper pay the initial compensation incentive system which the author involved in the enterprise L to investigate salary situation. This paper takes the compensation incentive in initial stage of enterprise L by combining theory with practice. Firstly,of all papers reviewed at home and abroad related to salaried, incentive theory, combed design of the compensation incentive system design theory. Secondly, the paper analysed compensation management of enterprise L and pointed out the problems and causes of compensation incentive present system of enterprise L. Thirdly,on the view of system based the pay system the author analysies the work and survey the salary satisfaction in enterprise L Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper constructed the compensation incentive system and put forward the safeguard measures to implementate this system.This paper'methodologies and results are some similarities to orther institutions and have a reference.
