In early 2008, The Power grid of China suffered a history of a large-scale low temperature, strong freezing rain disasters, the power grid suffered serious damage in Jiangxi. Jiangxi power system was successively five times isolated from the central China power grid. The interconnected Jiangxi Province power grid was to split into several islands Fuzhou, Jiangxi, Ganzhou, Pingxiang grid suffered devastating damage. The normal production and life in the areas were severely affected.Power grid equipments are critical infrastructure. The power grid restoration is crucial to restore the national economy the normal life of the people and the whole society reconstruction. It becomes the top priority of the reconstruction to restore the power grid as soon as possible. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance from technically and psychologically to prevent the Power grid Blackout and restore the power grid from the Ice hazard.In the paper, the experience of ice hazard period for reference in 2008 in the Jiangxi Power Grid, two schemes of the power grid restorative path are discussed, according to the Post-disaster Power Grid restoration principles. The final scheme of Jiangxi power grid restoration is proposed. Restorative process is theoretically analyzed and simulated, including the frequency control, voltage control, generator's self-excitation problems, protection and automations, the operation of isolated power in Jiangxi power grid.
