With the constant deepening of China's market economy, China's economy has been rapid development, there are increasingly fierce competitions among enterprises, and the demand of consumer also presents the development trend of diversification. In this competitive market economy environment, in order to continue to succeed in the competition and ensure the long-term sustainability of operation and development, enterprises' products would better satisfy the needs than competitors in the market. The development and management of new products has been related to the business to survive today and tomorrow's development as an important source of competitive advantage.Firstly, this paper describes the basic theory of product management and the status of Sakura Company; Secondly, the paper analyzes main problems the management of products existing in Sakura Company; furthermore, put forward to redesign Sakura Company products management system including product management responsibilities and product management process and product management system and product management mechanism, etc. Finally, the author summarizes the text and the research results, and points out the limitations of the study and further research.
