EPC Project Risk Management Study

In this article the Project Risk Management of EPC Project is studied and stated, based on theories of Project and Project Risk Management, and according to the experience of an EPC Project realized. Through the research of EPC Project life cycle combined with the theories of the Project Risk Management, the arising and developing of risks during the project life cycle and its probability and consequence at the different stage are studied. Project Risks shall be sufficiently forecasted, identified, evaluated and monitored, so as to ensure that the Project will be implemented smoothly, and Project target will be realized. Then according to the practice accumulation, some key risk facts which often met in projects are put forward and stated.
