What astound the world is Chinese enterprises could have regardless of all groups of vulnerable infants'health to quest for moral lost profits. San Lu milk powder incident caused the issue of Chinese-made products in the world market even more discrimination. Some countries even require removal of all Chinese-made food products off their supermarket shelves. Chinese enterprises, China's economy is facing unprecedented challenges. The fact reflected by this alarming phenomenon has far beyond the economic sphere, has risen to business ethics. It reflected the complete decay of business ethics. So there needs some moral norms and orders for Chinese enterprise, in order to restrict the social economic and business competitiveness.The reality is that compared to developed countries, the construction of enterprises moral in China were started late and developed slowly. This was due to the China's planned economy early days hindered the development of corporate moral. Into the reform period, the change from a planned economy into market economy era made Chinese enterprises realize the importance of shaping corporate ethics. But the overall level of development is far behind foreign countries, it needs to be further improved. This article will address this issue by reviewing domestic and foreign research literature. To look at the correlation between business ethics and corporate profits by theoretical analysis, and use a mathematical graphics-triangles model to link two, in order to show the relationship between the two. |
