This paper's object is the non-Ethics in Corporate PR. From the perspective of Ethical Principles in Technology. Explore the relationship of non-Ethics in Corporate PR and Ethical Principles in Technology. Harmony is the core and evaluation standard,for the non-Ethics in Corporate PR and the Ethical Principles in Technology. The non-Ethics in Corporate PR is about the non-Ethics Behavior in Public Relations field. When The PR actors dealing with the relationship between the stakeholders. Harmony is the core of Ethical Principles in Technology that including the purpose principle and the evaluation principles and the system principles and the strategic principles. The principles systems contain twelve specific indicators. This paper adapting the method of case study, select and detailed analyze the representative case about the non-Ethics in Corporate PR.This paper based on the Ethical Principles in Technology, analyze the non-Ethics in Corporate PR through twelve specific indicators, including cases about the Nuclear Ethics,Space Ethics, Ecological Ethics, Gene Ethics and Network Ethics. And then verify the research questions, and get conclusion that if the behavior is the non-Ethics in Corporate PR, then this behavior must be contrary to the ethical principles of technology. The last,this paper puts forward the developmental consciousness of PR Ethics from the macro and micro levels. Paying close attention the relations between Corporate and Nature, between Corporate and Technology, between Corporate and Future from the macro levels. And studying the relations between Corporate and people from the micro levels.The Ethical Principles in Technology purse the purpose of balance harmony, for the purpose of a harmonious and stable environment. Resolving the problems of the Non-Ethics in Corporate PR can improve the overall corporate ethical principles and quality and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Corporate PR behavior.
